About the Role

The Abnormal marketing team has an immediate opening for a Field and Channel Marketing Program Specialist who is dynamic, energetic, and organised, and has in-depth experience building relationships and engaging with channel partners, sales teams, marketing, and sales and marketing operations.

We’re looking for a take-charge individual to help us build the EMEA marketing function, with specific focus on the UK, Scotland and Ireland. The ideal candidate for this role has a background in channel and events marketing program management, experienced in working with B2B marketing and sales teams. This role will partner with the local sales leader to develop and execute plans that will ensure delivery of quality pipeline.

What You Will Do

  • Work closely with Sales and Sales Development reps (SDRs) to support the GTM activities in all regions including pre and post event outreach/follow up.
  • Align with the extended Field and Channel Marketing team on planned and completed marketing events in UK, Scotland and Ireland.
  • Develop and execute an effective field marketing programme - running events that will deliver the quarterly pipeline goal for the local team.
  • Partner closely with the channel team to create exciting and engaging programs to engage both partners and end users that align with the channel's regional objectives.
  • Support the marketing programme as needed; securing speakers for events, booking venues, developing email and landing page content, overseeing the creation/completion of Outreach i.o. templates
  • Manage and create campaigns in Salesforce.com (SFDC) and ensure proper lead import, follow-up and tracking
  • Measure success of programs via analytics and reporting, tracking pipeline goals across the region
  • Communicate with the Abnormal sales organisation on planned marketing activities/programs
  • Communicate program status & progress to the marketing director, sales leaders and other stakeholders
  • Build process & automation wherever possible to improve output and efficiency of the FCM team and its stakeholders
  • Monitor and update FCM team events calendar and internal team weekly meeting
  • Assist with updating FCM marketing projects in Asana as needed
  • Ensure all FCM campaigns and programs are logged and tracked on all required internal field and channel marketing plans, budget trackers, marketing calendar, and website (as appropriate).
  • Lead special efforts and projects as needed

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of marketing operations and cross functionalities with FCM
  • “Owner Mentality”. Has the Ability and willingness to operate autonomously, roll up sleeves and execute to get the job done.
  • Dynamic, energetic, and highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and manage workloads effectively
  • Experience in budget tracking QoQ & planning 90-180 days forward
  • Self-directed, detail-oriented problem solver with demonstrated experience in developing relationships
  • Experience working in B2B SaaS, namely SFDC, Outreach, and Asana
  • Ability to manage multiple programs and projects simultaneously while ensuring no details are overlooked
  • Strategic, creative thinker with exceptional data analysis and analytical skills
  • Experienced in building successful relationships with sales and channel partners
  • Exceptional communicator across different functional areas within the organisation
