About the Team:

As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the productivity and effectiveness of our field team.

You will be responsible for providing effective instruction by focusing on the learner’s journey and experience of all our enablement content. This will be accomplished by focusing on the learning resources, interaction design, UX, graphic design, and gamification elements. The role will develop and implement strategies, tools, and training programs that empower our sales representatives to achieve their targets and deliver exceptional results.

This role requires a blend of content creation know-how, a passion for engaging and delighting audiences, creativity, and hands-on execution. This role also benefits from the knowledge of content management and systems tools optimization for enablement purposes.

What you’ll do:

Provide field training when necessary.

  1. Sales Training and Development:

    • Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive sales training programs, including onboarding for new hires and ongoing training for existing sales staff.

    • Create and maintain training materials, sales playbooks, and other resources to support the sales team.

    • Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and webinars to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

  2. Content Creation and Management:

    • Design and develop multimedia assets & interactive courses.

    • Provide improvement feedback on course and presentation aesthetics & interactivity.

    • Use curriculum development tools and content and graphics tools to create effective e-learning training, facilitation guides, course material, training aids, self-led material, infographics, and training support and guidance content.

    • Gamify existing and new material to make the learner experience more interactive and promote a growth mindset and learning culture.

    • Collaborate closely with enablement leadership, executives, PMM, and other key SMEs on design development, implementation, and evaluation of learning solutions to best meet the OKRs.

    • Analyze and consult on the learning experience on projects, including the annual Sales Kickoff event.

    • Create and distribute regular sales newsletters and updates to keep the team informed and motivated.

  3. Field Tools and Technology:

    • Evaluate, implement, and manage sales enablement tools and technologies to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency.

    • Maintain and update our content management tool, keep content current and fresh, archive old content, identify content refreshes needed, and troubleshoot any identified issues that come up with the content creation, posting, and life cycle process.

  4. Performance Analysis and Reporting:

    • Track and analyze key sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and measure the impact of sales enablement initiatives.

    • Provide regular reports and insights to sales leadership to inform strategic decision-making.

    • Conduct win/loss analysis to understand the factors contributing to sales success or failure.

  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.

    • Act as a liaison between sales and other departments to facilitate communication and address any challenges or opportunities.

    • Participate in sales meetings and strategy sessions to provide insights and support.

What would make you a strong fit:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a related role.

  • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in sales enablement tools and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Lessonly, Confluence, Google Suite, Slack).

  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.

  • Creative content creator that can proficiently develop innovative training and enablement solutions.

  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and also as a team participant within a fast-paced environment.
