Octopus Energy ECO is insulating homes across the UK, but with that insulation work comes the need for a great leader as we grow and become a significant influencer in the insulation space!

We're looking for a new Field Manager to help us deliver a leading service to customers, whilst maintaining the highest industry standards.

This role is remote, but will require frequent travel to our Nottingham and Sheffield sites.

What you'll do

• Deliver insulation installations in line with the needs of the business and provide accurate information for scheduling purposes
• Demonstrate a strong technical knowledge on all insulation matters
• Focus the teams on delivering the best customer service available
• Manage field based teams on a daily basis ensuring end goals and targets are reached
• Look to the future and deliver against longer term plans
• Manage a team of In House Delivery staff to reach KPI’s on service and volumes
• Be a “point of contact” for all staff when it comes to Field based insulation installation.
• Provide consistent and accurate reporting to their line Manager.
• Attend and represent In House Delivery in all suitable meetings, both virtual and face to face

• You’ll be an experienced manager of field based teams
• A proactive, ‘can do’ attitude - we’ll do everything to make the customer experience perfect
• A keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to travel as we cover the UK
