We are on a mission to transform the industry, aligning our strategies with a sustainable future. We are currently looking for a Field Service Engineer - Fuel to join our Service Team.

The Fuel Systems Engineer will have a full understanding of fuel systems, OFTEC, and analysing fuel testing samples. This role will require the successful candidate to have excellence client facing and communication skills. This role has responsibility for quality, process and the high standards our customers expect. Frequent travel to clients sites and other AVK offices will be required.

· Undertake client OFTEC survey and fuel system inspections.

· Analyse fuel sample results, advising customers where appropriate of findings

· Undertake small to medium repairs.

· Provide customer quotations for all works and inspections.

· Quote and carryout maintenance on our client’s product

· Provide engineering reports within agreed timescales to the appropriate department head

· Provide support to the Fuel Service Project Division where required.

· Provide RAMS including dynamic RAMS where required and is appropriate liaise with the HSE team.

Requirements

· Preventive Maintenance Compliance. Monitor and Review engineer's adherence to scheduled preventive maintenance tasks for generators.

· Customer Satisfaction: Feedback from customers regarding the quality of service provided by the engineer will be measured through surveys, ratings or direct feedback to access customer satisfaction levels.

· High Quality Reports – Providing a detailed and meaningful report to clients ensuring the minimum AVK standards are achieved.

· Health & Safety. Ensuring a safe working environment and adhering to safety protocols is critical.

· Training and Development: Continuous learning and skill development are essential for staying updated with new technologies and best practices in generator servicing.
