Are you a technically skilled, customer-focused professional with a positive attitude? Do you have a knack for troubleshooting and a passion for delivering great service? Everi is looking for a Field Service Technician I to maintain and support our Promotional Kiosks at Grand casinos.Location: Onamia, MN or Hinckley, MN - Servicing Grand Casinos
Schedule: Part-Time, Tuesday - Saturday, 12 PM - 5 PM (subject to change)
What Will You Be Doing?
Technical Support: Assist customers with the operation and maintenance of all Fintech, Games, and Loyalty equipment.Advanced Troubleshooting: Identify, resolve, and perform root cause analysis on equipment issues.
Customer Engagement: Be the go-to contact for customers, ensuring they feel confident in their equipment after every visit.
Maintenance & Repairs: Conduct preventive maintenance, replace printers, and perform software updates.
Network Troubleshooting: Address network issues to maintain equipment functionality.
Inventory Management: Keep an accurate record of all parts used at customer locations.
Collaborative Assistance: Support internal teams and travel to help other areas as needed.
Skills & Qualifications for the Job:
Requirements:- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
- Licensing: Maintain a Gaming License (Gaming License requirements will vary depending on location. Upon hire, Everi internal team members will assist with application, payment, and renewal).
- PC Knowledge: Strong computer literacy and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Mechanical Inclination: Hands-on experience with hardware and equipment maintenance.
- Positive Attitude: Bring enthusiasm and a can-do spirit to every customer interaction.
- Preferred Experience: Previous work in the gaming industry is a plus but not required.

The compensation for this role considers a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location at which the position may ultimately be filled. At Everi, it is not typical for all individuals to be hired at or near the end of the range; compensation decisions depend on each case’s facts and circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is$25.50 - $27.50/per hour and is overtime eligible.
