You will be joining an organisation that has treated over 500,000 patients to date and is opening a new shared service in Poland to support our global operations.
To support our growing business, we are seeking a FP&A Working Student to join our team on a 12-month (or longer) contract, working 30 hours per week. In this role, you will work with our global finance team, contributing to data analysis, financial modelling, and reporting.

The Role
Crunch numbers for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Be a data detective: support budgeting and forecasting by analyzing financial data.
Build and maintain financial models to drive business decisions.
Spot trends, risks, and opportunities with variance analysis.
Team up with different departments to gather financial insights.
Streamline processes and make reporting super efficient.
Jump into ad-hoc financial analysis projects as needed.
Requirements
About You
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Google Workspace); experience with financial modelling is a plus.
Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
