You will be joining an organisation that has treated over 500,000 patients to date and is opening a new shared service in Poland to support our global operations.

To support our growing business, we are seeking a FP&A Working Student to join our team on a 12-month (or longer) contract, working 30 hours per week. In this role, you will work with our global finance team, contributing to data analysis, financial modelling, and reporting.

The Role

  • Crunch numbers for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

  • Be a data detective: support budgeting and forecasting by analyzing financial data.

  • Build and maintain financial models to drive business decisions.

  • Spot trends, risks, and opportunities with variance analysis.

  • Team up with different departments to gather financial insights.

  • Streamline processes and make reporting super efficient.

  • Jump into ad-hoc financial analysis projects as needed.

Requirements

About You

  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Google Workspace); experience with financial modelling is a plus.

  • Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
