JOB SUMMARY

Provide aspects of training to employees in across all departments based on the specific and present business needs.

Perform and summarize audits for improving overall performance of employees and quality of business. Work directly with leadership to ensure assigned training is appropriate.

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare for New Hire start date by creating and managing training agendas to be provided to New Hires on their start date.
  • Coordinate introductory equipment set up calls with the IT team.
  • Provide aspects of training to employees in specific assigned departments. Perform and summarize audits for improving overall performance of employees and quality of business. Work directly with leadership to ensure assigned training is appropriate.
  • Create, manage & maintain catalog of current and applicable training material. This will include video clips & static training material.
  • Complete routine check-ins with New Hires at 30, 60 & 90 Day intervals to monitor progress in terms of production, process adherence, technology proficiency & behavior.
  • Provide individual and group training to current staff to ensure they maintain a satisfactory level of understanding and comprehension of all aspects of their job duties and introduce any new process or practice.
  • Works directly with the Director of Ops to drive the initiatives and ensure the operational process meets the assigned division’s client requests and business needs.
  • Conducts scheduled audits as well as ad hoc audits. Provide summary and recommendations. Implement corrective actions recommended by clients.

Other duties & special projects, as assigned and based on business needs.

Requirements

EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS:

A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

JOB RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:

Limited operations experience with Peer Review, UR and/or case management. Working with technology based processes within the business environment.

Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting is preferred.

JOB RELATED SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:

Extensive working knowledge of relevant guidelines. Excellent understanding of medical terminology, critical thinking, ability to manage time efficiently and to meet specific deadlines. Present exceptional communication skills with a clear understanding of company business lines. Computer literacy and typing skills are essential.

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Any lifting, bending, traveling, etc. required to do the job duties listed above. Long periods of sitting and computer work.

WORK FROM HOME TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Supply and support their own internet services.

Maintaining an uninterrupted internet connection is a requirement of all work from home position.
