WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:
- Hourly Wage: $19.50, plus annual bonus opportunity.
- Benefits and Perks, 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.
- Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year.
- Regular associates receive 11 paid holidays in 2025, which includes 2 floating holidays that are added to your prorated personal time to be used at your discretion.
- Regular associates are provided sick leave through the use of personal time. Associates working 40 hours a week can receive up to 40 hours of personal time in 2025, which is prorated based on the start date. Additionally you will receive two floating holidays in 2025 by way of personal time that may be used at your discretion.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Delivers excellent customer service for routine inquiries and assists with complex cases as needed.
- Researches and analyzes incoming inquiries to resolve customer issues using relevant systems and policies.
- Makes outgoing calls to gather information on inquiries not readily available in systems.
- Stays updated on company, industry changes, and relevant regulations to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
- Utilizes service recovery techniques to turn complaints into opportunities for business growth and retention.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong decision-making and analytical abilities.
- Demonstrated telephone skills, providing quality customer service consistently.
- Reliable attendance and flexibility to work various shifts, including overtime.
- Proficient in computer systems and keyboarding, with a focus on detail orientation.
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of multitasking and adapting quickly to changes while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
- Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and in a listed location.
PREFERRED:
- Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Basic product knowledge relevant to the assigned area.
- Familiarity with medical terminology.
