What you will do:

  • Provide exceptional customer support via calls, emails, and video calls
  • Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers
  • Contact a predefined list of clients, apply all the skills and the provided tools to encourage them to register and work with the platform
  • Meet team KPIs
  • Always be up-to-date with cutting-edge technology
  • Securely work with customers’ sensitive information
  • Maintain working knowledge of our client’s products and services

What you need to succeed in this role:

  • Excellent English skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
  • Experience in customer service or similar field
  • Previous experience with HubSpot or similar CRM
  • Interest and connection to photography industry
  • Positive and responsible attitude
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)

Will be a great plus:
