What you will do:

  • Deliver workshops to customers virtually
  • Partner with clients to uphold wellness, growth and development, leadership, and DEIB strategies through education and training
  • Deliver engaging and interactive workshops and trainings to B2B partners
  • Follow a pre-set curriculum for each workshop Act as an SME for health and wellness, leadership, and/or DEIB content
  • Assist other facilitators in hosting sessions and manage technology during workshops
  • Support professional services designers in the creation of new workshops and initiatives

What you need to succeed in this role:

  • Native Spanishand excellent English (written and verbal) is a must
  • At least 2 years of experience in facilitation, preferably virtually in the health and wellness space, leadership, or professional growth
  • Experience in adult group facilitation is a must
  • Certification in ICF training, MBSR, MBCT, or experience in health education, health promotion, or diversity training
  • Experience with Zendesk, Salesforce, gSuite, Prezi, Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, WebEx, or Workramp.
  • Bachelor's/Master’s degree or higher in the relevant fields: Public Health, Social Work, Psychology, Education, or Counselling
  • Strong time management skills
  • Positive and responsible attitude
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)

Will be a great plus:

  • Experience in hospitality
