As a Flutter Developer, the purpose is to enhance the team's professional development experience. This involves taking the lead on technical projects, offering expertise in backend development and integrations (Sendgrid, Stripe, Twilio, etc.), and guiding junior team members.

Key responsibilities:

🧾 Lead and manage 1-2 client projects concurrently during the development phase.

📦 Coordinate and maintain communication with the designer, project manager, and operations team.

📑 Develop front-end projects in line with design and requirements.

💼 Drive projects towards on-time completion.

📊 Provide senior technical expertise and share valuable experience.

🗓️ Manage and facilitate training for junior developers.

🧾 Ensure the delivered software products are of high quality and error-free.

📦 Design effective database schemas.

Working Hours ⏰: Full time. While they generally prefer team members to work from 8 AM to 5 PM ET, there's flexibility for those who can effectively work asynchronously, with potential adjustments based on roles (e.g., accommodating European hours).

Requirements

To excel in this role, you need to have:

✅ Strong proficiency in Flutter.

✅ Previous experience in backend development, particularly using nodeJS.

✅ Familiarity with FlutterFlow, WeWeb, or other no-code/low-code platforms.

✅ Capability to deliver top-notch, error-free software.

✅ Demonstrated experience in leading teams and projects.

✅ Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
