As Technical Leader of the Forward Deployed Engineers team at Vozy. Responsible for ensuring that conversational AI agent implementations for enterprise customers work correctly. FDEs work directly on each account; the FDE Leader supports them with technical seniority and is ultimately responsible for ensuring everything goes well. When FDEs are not available, assumes implementations of AI agents (LILI Resolve) and our Speech Analytics product (LILI Analyze) directly.
What You'll Do
FDE Team Leadership
Lead 5-8 distributed FDEs; support them in QBRs, customer sessions and stakeholder presentations
Define quality standards: testing, flow documentation, version control and deployment processes

Manage critical escalations: LLM latency, ASR transcription errors, flow regressions.
AI Agent Implementation and Lili Analyze
Hands-on implementation of agents when FDEs are unavailable: prompt design, flow orchestration, tool use
Lead Lili Analyze implementation: configuration, calibration and production deployment.
Solve complex problems: prompt loops, ASR/STT errors, conversational degradation.
Enterprise Customer Support
Support FDEs as a point of technical seniority in customer interactions.
Identify expansion opportunities: new use cases, WhatsApp, Speech Analytics, Lili Analyze.
Support contract renewals with technical context and performance metrics.
What We're Looking For
Técnicos
3+ años hands-on con IA: LLMs, prompt engineering, agentic AI (tool use, RAG, flujos multi-step)
Conversational AI architectures: NLU/NLP, ASR/STT, TTS, agent orchestration
REST APIs, webhooks. Ability to read/write code (Python, JS) to diagnose and analyze
Data Analytics
Analyze dashboards, performance metrics, trends and anomalies. Applied statistics
Visualization tools (Power BI, QuickSight, Looker). Exploratory analysis of conversations
Leadership and Commercial
2+ years leading technical teams with multiple enterprise accounts
Effective technical/executive communication. Commercial sensitivity for expansion and renewals
Bilingual Spanish/English
