In 2023 we grew from almost 100 Loopers to over 250 people. And that’s a number we would have to keep updating every month, as we are planning to double the team once again, this year.

Are you the kind of person who can sell ice to a polar bear? How about earplugs to a warehouse? At Loop Earplugs, we’re already crushing it in the e-commerce world, but there’s a whole industrial landscape out there, and it’s LOUD. Manufacturing floors, warehouses, construction sites – they all need our stylish, functional earplugs, but they don’t know it yet. That’s where you come in.

We’re looking for a Freelance Sales Manager to help us break into the B2B market and prove that our earplugs aren’t just for concerts and sleep – they’re essential for industrial safety too. Your mission is to build a proof of concept for Loop in the industrial sector, find new partners, and get us in the ears of workers around the globe.

What you’ll do:

  • Identify and approach key players in industries like manufacturing, warehousing, and construction.
  • Develop and execute a B2B sales strategy that opens doors (and ears) in the industrial sector.
  • Pitch Loop’s unique value – combining style and protection – to businesses that need hearing protection solutions.
  • Set up a proof of concept, showing how Loop can take the B2B world by storm.
  • Collaborate with our creative and marketing teams to refine our industrial sales approach.
  • Turn a whisper of an idea into a booming B2B success.

  • Proven experience in B2B sales (industrial sector experience? Even better).
  • You’re a self-starter with a knack for turning leads into long-term partnerships.
  • A strategic mind that can not only see the big picture but also map out the steps to get there.
