This is a remote position.

Full Time
Number of hours of work - 40 hours a week at 8am-5pm Charlotte, NC Time (9 PM to 6 AM PHT) with 30 min paid break

Key Responsibilities:


  • Communicate with clients/businesses (B2B) via Phone Calls and Emails (80 percent calls 20 percent emails).
  • Skillfully handle multiple tasks and make thoughtful decisions promptly.
  • Previous phone experience is very much preferred.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing timely assistance.
  • Assist Fleet Manager and Accounts Receivable in managing fleet accounts, ensuring all client needs are met effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and facilitate seamless communication.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our CRM system.
  • Monitor client feedback and report trends to the Fleet Manager for continuous improvement.
  • Assist with onboarding new clients, ensuring they have the necessary resources and information
  • Prepare and deliver reports on client satisfaction and account performance metrics
  • Stay updated on company products and services to provide accurate information and support



Requirements

  • Experience & Skills:

    • Prior experience in a phone-based customer service or client management role, preferably in a B2B environment.
    • Strong multitasking abilities with excellent decision-making skills under pressure.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in managing client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely assistance via phone and email.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to address client needs.
    • Strong organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail in maintaining accurate records in a CRM system.
    • Familiarity with reporting client satisfaction and performance metrics.
  • Technical Proficiency:

    • Experience using CRM systems to track client interactions and resolve issues.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for preparing and delivering reports.
    • Ability to quickly learn and stay updated on company products and services.
  • Soft Skills:

    • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Adaptability and problem-solving skills to address client feedback and resolve issues proactively.
  • Education:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business administration, communication, or a related field is a plus.
