This is a remote position.
Full TimeNumber of hours of work - 40 hours a week at 8am-5pm Charlotte, NC Time (9 PM to 6 AM PHT) with 30 min paid break
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients/businesses (B2B) via Phone Calls and Emails (80 percent calls 20 percent emails).
- Skillfully handle multiple tasks and make thoughtful decisions promptly.
- Previous phone experience is very much preferred.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing timely assistance.
- Assist Fleet Manager and Accounts Receivable in managing fleet accounts, ensuring all client needs are met effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and facilitate seamless communication.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Monitor client feedback and report trends to the Fleet Manager for continuous improvement.
- Assist with onboarding new clients, ensuring they have the necessary resources and information
- Prepare and deliver reports on client satisfaction and account performance metrics
- Stay updated on company products and services to provide accurate information and support
Requirements
Experience & Skills:
- Prior experience in a phone-based customer service or client management role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong multitasking abilities with excellent decision-making skills under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in managing client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely assistance via phone and email.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to address client needs.
- Strong organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail in maintaining accurate records in a CRM system.
- Familiarity with reporting client satisfaction and performance metrics.
Technical Proficiency:
- Experience using CRM systems to track client interactions and resolve issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for preparing and delivering reports.
- Ability to quickly learn and stay updated on company products and services.
Soft Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills to address client feedback and resolve issues proactively.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business administration, communication, or a related field is a plus.
