Job Description

Uptime.com is a leading provider of website and uptime monitoring services, trusted by businesses worldwide. We’re seeking a talented Frontend Developer to join our team. You’ll work on creating and optimizing our marketing sites, landing pages, and other digital assets that directly drive traffic and conversions.

As a Frontend Developer at Uptime.com, you will be responsible for building and maintaining high-performing, visually appealing, and conversion-focused digital properties. You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing and design teams to ensure our web assets are not only functional but also provide an exceptional user experience.

This role offers the flexibility to start as part-time, with the option to transition to full-time based on mutual agreement and business needs. If you can start full-time, that would be great too!

What You'll Do:

  • Design, build, and maintain responsive landing pages, microsites, and other digital assets that support marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and optimize frontend components for Uptime.com’s website and related web applications.
  • Collaborate with designers and marketers to create seamless, high-converting user experiences.
  • Write clean, maintainable HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code, adhering to industry best practices.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness across all digital assets.
  • Continuously improve our existing digital properties by implementing updates, enhancements, and new features.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve frontend issues efficiently to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Proficiency in React.js or a similar JavaScript framework is highly desirable.
  • Solid understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Experience with landing page optimization and A/B testing is a strong plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality, bug-free code.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams.
