What We're Looking For
We're seeking a Full-Stack Product Engineer to take full ownership, learn our codebase quickly, and ship fast.
Tech Stack
Frontend: Vue.js
Backend: GCP, TypeScript, Express.js, MySQL (Drizzle ORM)
AI/LLMs: OpenAI, Anthropic, Deepgram, AssemblyAI
Your Main Responsibilities
End-to-End Feature Development
Build new features from concept to deployment
Improve UI/UX with clean, intuitive interfaces
Write reliable test code to maintain product stability
AI & Product Innovation
Develop AI prompts and workflows
Create structured evaluation tests to measure AI prompt performance and accuracy
Quality & Performance
Ensure code quality through reviews, best practices, and testing
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively
Cross-Team Collaboration
Work closely with product, design, and engineering
Share insights, propose improvements, and contribute to the long-term product vision

Location
We're headquartered in Wisconsin, USA, with remote work available.
The team works mostly US hours (Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4 PM Chicago time), with some overlap required for collaboration.

Technical Skills and Experience
Professional coding experience (e.g., 3–5 years, with 1–2 years in JavaScript)
