- Migration and Enhancement: Seamlessly migrate existing call flows from Avaya to the Genesys platform. Leverage AI Bot technology to enhance these call flows, providing a more efficient and personalized customer experience.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Scrum Masters, to ensure successful project execution and integration with customer teams.
Requirements
Required Skills:
- Genesys and AI Bot Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with Genesys platforms and AI Bot technologies, including their implementation and customization.
- Teamwork and Communication: Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
