Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service through live chat, email, and phone to our German-speaking clientele.
Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and manage complaints with professionalism and care.
Assist customers in navigating our platform to enhance their gaming experience.
Work closely with team members to meet service level agreements and maintain high quality standards.
Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in our support system.
Engage in continuous training sessions to expand your knowledge of our products and services.
Requirements
Fluent in German and proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
Strong communication skills with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
