We are looking for a German-speaking customer support representative to join our dynamic team in Kazakhstan. In this role, you will serve as the face of our organization, providing first-class support to our German-speaking customers and building constructive relationships that reflect our commitment to meeting customer needs. You will handle inquiries across various channels, effectively resolve issues, and help foster a collaborative environment where your communication skills and empathy will play a key role.
Respond professionally, politely, and enthusiastically to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in German
Resolve customer issues and offer quick, effective solutions while maintaining detailed documentation in our support system
Identify complex issues and escalate them to the appropriate departments or management, clearly outlining the nature of the issue and its context
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and they are satisfied
Remain friendly and empathetic while efficiently handling multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
Meet targets for response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores through consistent effort and attention to detail
Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by sharing best practices with colleagues and providing constructive feedback
Provide management with analytical insights into common customer issues and opportunities for product improvement
Candidate Requirements:
Fluency in German (written and spoken) with excellent communication skills
Proven experience in customer support or customer service
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of IT systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools (CRM)
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced work environment
Demonstrated empathy, patience, and resilience when interacting with customers
High school diploma or equivalent
Desirable Qualifications:
Experience with ticket management systems or support management platforms
Knowledge of best practices in customer support and industry standards
Experience with performance metrics and customer satisfaction analysis
Familiarity with onboarding processes and team collaboration tools
