What will you be doing?
Circana is growing the Artificial Intelligence, Technology and Product (ATP) Finance function and seeking a finance manager to delivery timely and reliable expense reporting and forecasting. The Global Finance Manager for ATP Finance is responsible for proactive cost management through clear timely reporting and forecasting, ad hoc analysis and insights delivery for the ATP and finance teams. This role will work collaboratively with ATP partners, accounting, procurement, and other Finance teammates on a global basis.
Job Responsibilities
- Support the Artificial Intelligence, Technology and Product (ATP) group through proactive P&L Expense reporting, forecasting and ad hoc analysis
- Perform all ATP Finance processes including reviewing month close activities, budgeting, forecasting and personnel tracking
- Review financial transaction details such as vendor payments across multiple business areas for completeness and accuracy, with a focus on identifying and mitigating issues
- Partner with Accounting Team and regional finance teams during monthly Close to support the variance explanations between actual and budget/forecast/prior year
- Prepare key performance indicators and business trend data for ATP management reporting
- Participate in special cross functional projects and support key corporate initiatives
- Proactively improve current processes, perform root cause analysis for ongoing issues and identify areas of efficiency with reporting and forecasting
- Ad hoc reporting and other miscellaneous projects as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting or Business required
- 5+ years of FP&A experience required
- High proficiency in Excel required
- Strong analytical and proactive problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail with a proactive willingness to review and research data
- Strong orientation to financial systems

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $75,000 -$105,000.
