    Position Overview:

    TheGrants Coordinatorprovides administrative and coordination support across the full lifecycle of grant management—from proposal development through submission, tracking, reporting, and closeout. Working closely with theGrants Managerand internal stakeholders, this role helps ensure that all grant-related activities are organized, compliant, and completed on schedule, particularly for federally funded programs such asSAMHSAand the988/Lifeline initiative. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about federal grants and nonprofit funding operations.

    JobDuties/Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate proposal and reporting processes:Support the preparation, editing, and submission of grant proposals, amendments, and reports by gathering materials, formatting documents, and trackingdeadlines.

    • Maintainaccurategrant records:Track all grant-related deliverables, milestones, and correspondence using internal systems; ensure files and documentation are up to date and audit-ready.

    • Assistwith compliance and documentation:Support adherence to federal and organizational policies (e.g.,2 CFR Part 200), ensuring proper recordkeeping and documentation for procurement, contracts, andreporting.

    • Facilitate communication and collaboration:Schedule meetings, coordinate reviews, and ensuretimelycommunication between Program, Finance, Legal, and externalpartners.

    • Support budget and procurement processes:Assist with collecting quotes, preparing purchase documentation, and monitoring vendor or consultant deliverables under grant-fundedprojects.

    • Track and update grant calendars:Maintaincentralized calendars and dashboards for submission deadlines, progress reports, and keymilestones.

    • Contribute to quality and process improvements:Identifyopportunities to streamline workflows and improve grant managementefficiency.

    • Participate in professional development:Engage in DEIB learning and training related to grant compliance or nonprofit funding.

    • Other duties as assigned.

    Required Skills/Abilities:

    • Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail

    • Clear writing, editing, and document formatting

    • Proficiencywith Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and database tools

    • Ability to coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlinescollaboratively

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experienceconsidered

    • 2+years of experience supporting grants, contracts, or nonprofit program administration (federal grant exposurepreferred)

    • Basic understanding of the federal grant lifecycle and related regulations (e.g., 2 CFR Part 200);

    Physical Requirements:

    • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

    • Willfrequentlycommunicate over video callswith internal and external colleagues.

    We determine base pay through a comprehensive review of skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and other relevant factors. The range listed reflects the compensation parameters for the role and does not represent the full compensation package.
