About the job:
Role: Graphic Designer
Work schedule: Full Time | 40 hours per week | Overlapping US Timezones, you will be working with the creative team, can start early and end early depending on the Creative Head/Director of the team.
Salary Range: $1,300 - $1,600 (USD) per month
As a Graphic Designer, you are not just creating; you are revolutionizing the way our clients engage with their audiences. Collaborating closely with our Chief Creative Officer and Creative Strategist, you'll be the driving force behind crafting compelling, high-converting ads and landing pages across a variety of platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and more. Your designs will not only capture attention but will set new benchmarks for creativity and effectiveness in the digital realm.
Success in this role looks like:
- Create high-converting ads - static and video - for Paid Social campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok).
- Design high-converting landing pages for paid ad traffic.
Responsibilities:
- Design and produce captivating static and video ads that significantly boost conversion rates for Paid Social campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Execute innovative landing page designs that convert paid ad traffic into tangible results.
- Showcase exceptional design and layout skills, with a keen eye for composition, color, and typography, ensuring every piece of creative is meticulously crafted and detail-oriented.
- Edit and optimize video content for social media networks, ensuring high engagement and conversion.
- Engage in collaborative brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh, boundary-pushing ideas.
- Support the Creative and Marketing teams with graphic and video content that aligns with strategic objectives.
- Develop brand websites and landing pages, fostering an environment of creativity and free thinking.
- Provide accurate time estimates for design tasks and proactively suggest improvements to design-related reports, tools, processes, and tasks.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in establishing and defining brand guidelines across various industries.
- A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with key visual and graphic design tools, including proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, InDesign) and/or Figma.
- Solid experience designing for mobile platforms, with a good understanding of iOS guidelines, Material Design, and Responsive Web Design.
- A foundation in UI/UX design principles to create user-centric solutions.
- Proven ability to manage and optimize design assets and file sizes for optimal performance.
- Mastery of online and remote collaboration tools, ensuring efficient workflow across multiple file users.
