Overview
We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team! In this role, you will be responsible for executing the visual identity of our brand across various platforms. You will collaborate closely with the creative director, creative team, and other stakeholders across the org to develop compelling designs for brand strategy, event design, swag, paid social media, organic social media, and presentations.
The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio showcasing both digital and printed design projects, and a passion for creating visually engaging and cohesive brand experiences.
You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously. If you are a problem solver at heart, have a knack for storytelling through visuals, and are eager to contribute to a brand’s visual identity, we would love to hear from you.
What you’ll do:
- Live by and champion our values: Accountability, Collaboration, Iteration & Details
- Be a voice for the creative team process. How we intake projects, proof, share files, etc.
- Work alongside the broader creative team to help usher Recharge into the next phase of the brand.
- Execute the visual identity of our brand across digital and print platforms, ensuring consistency and creativity in every project.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, communicating with stakeholders, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Utilize both Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to complete projects.
What you’ll bring:
- 3-5 years of graphic design experience with a SaaS company.
- Experience working collaboratively across both a marketing team and the broader org.
- A strong portfolio showcasing both digital and printed projects.
- Expertise in Figma and Adobe programs.
- A high attention to detail and enthusiasm for innovative graphic design.
- Solid understanding of brand strategy and the ability to translate it to your design work.
