We are flexible with respect to geographic location, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely/work from home within Central or Eastern time zone hours.
Primary Duties
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and social selling, to generate leads within the primary care sector
- Qualify leads by understanding practice needs and assessing their fit for Aledade's value-based care model
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted outreach strategies and campaigns, while maintaining accurate records of all prospecting activities in our CRM system and activity system outreach.io
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for qualified lead generation
- Stay updated on industry trends and Aledade's solutions to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, health care, or a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role within the healthcare industry
Preferred KSA's
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed targets
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Physical Requirements
- Sitting for prolonged periods of time. Extensive use of computers and keyboard. Occasional walking and lifting may be required.
- Willing to travel as needed
