Responsibilities:
- Responsible for user operations of company products, devising strategies and executing plans for user retention and conversion.
- Approach various product contents and exposure by focusing on business scenarios and key user pathways, enhancing user transaction conversion.
- Communicate product details with product operations, refine product selling points, and develop operational conversion strategies.
- Collaborate with event planning to conduct user marketing activities, assist in creating activity proposals and promotional copy for campaign pages, effectively utilize internal resources for marketing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above from a recognized university, with over 5 years of operational experience in the finance or internet industry, and at least 2 years of experience in forex companies, exchanges, or related operations, with a good command of English.
- Prior experience in following up on agent platforms, managing post-event projects, understanding customer conversion processes, and customer funnels is preferred.
- Proficient in foundational financial knowledge, possessing research and insights into commodities, stocks, forex, cryptocurrencies, etc.
- Data-sensitive, strong logical thinking and data analysis abilities, capable of utilizing data analysis to drive operational work.
- Excellent communication skills and a spirit of teamwork, skilled in integrating diverse resources to achieve business objectives collaboratively.
- Familiarity with the financial industry, a passion for stock and fund investments, and extensive experience in global secondary markets are preferred.
