Opportunity

We are seeking a Growth Strategy Analyst / Senior Analyst to drive commercial success using a combination of analytical, tactical, and strategic skill sets. In partnership with various Twin functions (Business Development, Partner Success, Clinical, Finance, Analytics), you will be critical to setting and executing upon the growth goals of the company. Your work will directly inform Twin’s go-to-market strategy, accelerate our commercial velocity, and ultimately accelerate delivery of the Whole Body Digital Twin to people suffering from chronic metabolic disease across the country and around the world.

You enjoy thinking quantitatively and qualitatively to solve problems and tell a compelling story. You have impeccable attention to detail and strong organizational skills, are comfortable multi-tasking, and you adapt to shifting priorities with ease. You love to seek out opportunities to streamline processes, improve outcomes, and avoid path dependency. You are comfortable working closely with others, as well as independently (with appropriate support). You are intellectually curious, and love to expand your skills. You are excited to work in an early stage company environment where you will sometimes be the first person to complete a given task, and your hard work will be rewarded with increasing responsibility. You will not only be in the room when decisions are made - you will help make them. This role will report to the Associate Director of Growth Strategy, and will work closely with the whole commercial team and senior leaders across the company.

Responsibilities

Strategic

  • Design, build, and own operating dashboards to measure the success of the commercial organization.
  • Serve on deal teams and directly support our most important and highest complexity partnerships.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to refine our pitch and improve our messaging to the market.
  • Design and develop materials for Twin’s Senior Leadership Team and the Board of Directors on a regular basis.
  • Drive market and competitor analysis to determine Twin’s positioning within an ever-growing digital health universe. Monitor key competitor and market developments and deliver insights to commercial team and other key stakeholders.
  • Contribute to early-stage work developing the next generation iterations of our disease reversal program.

Tactical

  • Produce and refine best-in-class presentations and other market collateral.
  • Design, build, and own accurate dashboards in Salesforce for the business development account management teams. Create wireframes and partner with internal teams to ensure deliverables are created on time.
  • Serve as project team lead to produce best-in-class deliverables for competitive deals - including RFPs and RFIs in close collaboration with BD team.
  • Lead research of target companies and stakeholders in preparation for pitch meetings and major events. Present findings in calibration meetings to ensure our approach is bespoke to the needs and values of the specific audience.
  • Embrace manual work needed to support as opportunity to learn the nuances of the business and ensure automation occurs on the planned schedule

Analytical

  • Use data to derive insights and track operating metrics. Identify patterns and trends, and use them to make informed recommendations to improve sales cycle, probability of success, etc.
  • Assist with building out Twin’s market segmentation capabilities to drive deal volume and prioritization of highest value target accounts. Continuously grow and improve internal knowledge bases as a source of truth to originate our most important deals.
  • Create best-in-class deliverables that demonstrate Twin’s value proposition using research, quantitative modeling, and outcomes data.

Qualifications

  • 1-4 years experience in one or more of the following areas:
    • Healthcare consultant or management consultant with healthcare experience
    • Sales enablement / sales operations / revenue operations
    • Business operations at an early stage company
  • Experience using Salesforce and building reports
  • Desire to build tools and processes directly
  • Extremely organized: ability to handle several projects for multiple stakeholders at a time
  • Impeccable attention to detail

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $100,000-$120,000 annually.
