About the Role:

The Team:

Our team is a diverse group of risk professionals that are passionate about data security. This team leverages their extensive technical and risk experience to perform third-party risk assessments using a unique industry leading utility methodology that covers multiple control domains including Infosec, Privacy, Cybersecurity, and Operational Risk.

Responsibilities and Impact:

  • Manage the completion of all assessments across all Assessment Towers.

  • Oversee the successful onboarding of all new assessment staff including owning the new staff tower which will include all new assessment staff until that individual is deemed productive at which point, they would be assigned a full-time tower.

  • Manage escalations related to scoping and assessments in all towers.

  • Assign assessments to and manage the completion of assessments conducted by all external assessment channel partners.

Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)

S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $91,318 to $160,455. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses, and certifications.

In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.

What We’re Looking For:

Basic Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience in information technology or information security including a client-facing component.

  • 5+ years of direct management experience in which a team reported directly.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and strong analytical skills

  • Capable of operating in a constantly changing environment with the flexibility to complete work with appropriate adjusted approach.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • Good judgment, professional maturity, flexibility, and a constructive attitude.

  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines against a high-volume work schedule.

  • Must be detail-oriented, well-organized, and a self-starter.
