Key Responsibilities
Culture Strategy & Leadership
Formulate & operationalize the organization's culture vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives
Act as a strategic advisor to the leadership on culture, engagement, and organizational effectiveness
Lead enterprise-wide culture transformation initiatives to drive performance, agility, and innovation
Establish frameworks to embed values, behaviors, and leadership expectations across all levels Employee Engagement & Experience
Design and oversee a comprehensive employee engagement and experience strategy across the employee lifecycle
Own enterprise engagement measurement (surveys, pulse checks) and translate insights into actionable business outcomes
Drive a data-led approach to monitor employee sentiment, retention, and productivity
Ensure continuous improvement of employee experience through scalable programs and interventions Recognition, Wellbeing & Culture Programs
Lead the design and governance of organization-wide recognition frameworks that reinforce high-performance behaviors
Oversee wellbeing, inclusion, and employee experience initiatives to support a holistic work environment
Sponsor and guide culture-driven programs, campaigns, and events at an enterprise level Employer Branding & Internal Communication
Define and drive the organization's Employee Value Proposition (EVP) in partnership with leadership and marketing
Oversee internal communication strategies to ensure consistent, transparent, and engaging messaging
Position the organization as an employer of choice through strong culture narratives and branding initiatives Change & Transformation
Lead culture integration and transformation efforts during periods of organizational change, growth, or restructuring
Partner with senior leadership to embed mindset and behavior shifts required for strategic priorities
Ensure culture considerations are integrated into business transformation programs Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Build and lead a high-performing culture/engagement team
Partner with C-suite, senior leaders, and HR Business Partners to drive culture outcomes across business units
Influence and coach leaders to foster inclusive, high-performing team environments
Represent culture and engagement priorities at executive forums Capability Building & Leadership Development
Design, oversee, and drive enterprise-wide training and development programs, including leadership and soft skills capability building
Establish and institutionalize coaching frameworks across the organization
Provide direct mentoring to small teams, junior staff, and high-potential talent to strengthen leadership pipeline and organizational capability Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred)
10+ years of progressive experience in HR, culture, employee experience, or organizational development roles
Proven experience leading enterprise-wide culture and engagement strategies
Strong expertise in organizational behavior, change management, and employee experience design
Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive transformation at scale
Experience in building and leading teams and managing cross-functional initiatives
