We’re looking for a Head of Marketing to drive growth in the UK and beyond, with a focus in 2024 to drive revenue in our target UK markets by enabling sales and product adoption. Achievement of this will open opportunities to expand further into the UK, the EU and other target markets where the Head of Marketing will be expected to co-own and co-deliver the growth strategy.

Requirements

  • Design and deliver a strategy that enables sales and product adoption. You’ll deeply understand our customer and will find creative ways to meet and profile our target buyers - clinical directors, service leads, and clinical team leads in mental health providers as well as target users - patients and clinicians providing care
  • Coach and grow the marketing team with a focus on improving the quality and quantity of marketing and sales data, developing content informed by user research and delivering this content through highly targeted channels to drive growth
  • You’ll be held accountable to growth goals: new, renewal and upsell business ACV booked and metrics such as MQLs, SQLs, events delivered, brand awareness KPIs that lead to successfully meeting these goals
  • Work with the Head of Growth to drive new market expansion, in the UK and beyond. You’ll be expected to operate at the highest level with Research, Product, Growth and Regulatory to define the work needed to open up new markets successfully
  • Own the day to day tactical and strategic requirements of being a Head of Marketing in a high growth startup. There will be days where you will be delivering events, managing PR, and be expected to design a strategic growth and resourcing plan for your function to deliver company goals
