We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager/Product Manager to play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of Limbic Access. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve positive outcomes aligned with Limbic’s vision, goals and market needs.

Key skills and experience:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager driving positive outcomes, with a passion for leveraging technology to improve mental health.
- Good knowledge of UK and US healthcare systems.
- Proficient understanding of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
- Aptitude for navigating healthcare regulatory compliance, particularly regarding medical devices, with a skillful ability to manage product risks within these regulatory landscapes.
- Ability to drive product innovation through critical thinking, empathy, and data-driven decision-making.
- Leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle, fostering strong team dynamics and taking ownership of product success.
- Strong project management skills to coordinate product launches, ensuring alignment across internal teams while navigating regulatory and implementation challenges.
- Excellent communication skills for effectively conveying product updates and challenges, promoting transparency and alignment across the organization, and inspiring team members to achieve shared goals.
