Management | Meta & TikTok Ads | Acquisition Strategy
Responsibility: Ensuring the paid ads team is driving growth across our portfolio of clients
Reports To: Head of Acquisition
Location: Hybrid/flexible - Leeds Head Office and working-from-home options
Compensation: Competitive Salary + Audit Bonus Scheme + 26 Days Paid Holiday
Mentor, guide, and manage the Paid Social team, ensuring consistent and outstanding service delivery
Lead quarterly review sessions for Paid Social team members, ensuring professional development and career progression
Lead, develop, and optimise the paid social service to ensure it is market-leading
Assist in the hiring process for new Paid Social team members
Strategise, build, and execute high-spending Meta & TikTok Ad Campaigns (some spending over £5,000 per day)
Oversee and retain a diverse portfolio of clients across the department
Communicate regularly with team and clients via Slack and Google Meet
Work closely with the Head of Acquisition to align on activity and progress of the Paid Social service
Implement and enhance eCommerce best practices within the department
Keep up to date with eCommerce best practices through training and research
Effectively communicate and collaborate across the company

Question the way things are done and bring new ideas to the table weekly

Establish robust, efficient, and highly effective strategies delivering exemplary results
Achieve the lowest churn rates in the Paid Social service in 3 years
Raise the bar within the Paid Social team through emphasis on employee development
Begin taking on Head of Acquisition-level responsibilities
In 24 Months:
Establish the greatest Paid Social department in the country
Progress to Head of Acquisition role
Make a name for yourself in the e-commerce industry
Implement new processes or technologies that change how the agency operates
Promote Paid Social Managers to Senior positions
Contribute significantly to overall growth of Soar With Us

Excellent leadership qualities
At least 3 years of experience running Meta Ads and TikTok Ads for e-commerce brands at a high level
At least 2 years of management experience within the marketing industry
Previous agency experience managing a team of Paid Social Managers strongly preferred (or experience managing a small marketing team within an 8-9-figure e-commerce brand)
Broad understanding of Shopify and e-commerce (knowledge of Shopify, Klaviyo, and Triple Whale essential)
Extensive knowledge of operations and advertising strategies of high-level ecommerce brands
Top-notch research skills with ability to pivot between clients and get up to speed quickly
Incredible client base spanning multiple niches and continents, including fastest-growing and established DTC e-commerce companies
