We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Performance Marketing (Vitamins and Dietary Supplements) to join our dynamic team in the vitamins and supplements industry. As the Head of Growth Marketing, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our brand in the highly competitive US market. This is a critical leadership role, and we are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in marketing, preferably within the vitamins and supplements industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Showcasing a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, such as search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, display advertising, and email marketing.
  • Highlighting expertise in performance marketing principles, including optimizing campaigns for conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and other relevant metrics.
  • Familiarity with growth hacking techniques, such as A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), referral programs, viral marketing, and other tactics to drive rapid and scalable growth.
  • Proficiency in website building platforms and content management systems (CMS)
  • Experience in optimizing websites for user experience (UX), conversion rate optimization (CRO), and search engine optimization (SEO).
  • Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track website performance and make data-driven improvements.
  • Lead a high-performing marketing team: You will be responsible for building and leading a team of talented marketing professionals. This includes hiring and developing top talent, setting clear goals and expectations, and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive customer acquisition and retention: You will lead efforts to acquire new customers through various channels such as digital advertising, content marketing, influencer partnerships, and affiliate marketing. Additionally, you will develop and execute strategies to drive customer retention, loyalty, and repeat purchases.
  • Optimize marketing campaigns and channels: You will analyze marketing performance data and leverage insights to optimize campaigns and channels. This includes monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), conducting A/B tests, and implementing data-driven optimizations to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: You will work closely with product development, operations, and sales teams to ensure alignment and synergy across all marketing initiatives. You will also collaborate with external agencies and vendors to leverage their expertise and resources when needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices: You will stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in growth marketing, specifically within the vitamins and supplements industry. You will proactively identify opportunities to leverage emerging trends and implement innovative marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on growth marketing.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing growth strategies in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise in utilizing AI and the latest performance marketing tools to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in utilizing Shopify as a primary e-commerce platform is an absolute must.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent understanding of customer segmentation, targeting, and positioning.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team of marketing professionals.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing campaigns.
