Who we are

Mantle Ecosystem comprises an Ethereum layer 2 (L2) — Mantle Network, a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) — Mantle Governance, one of the largest on-chain treasuries — Mantle Treasury, and an upcoming Ether (ETH) liquid staking product — Mantle LSP: all built on Ethereum. Mantle token is the unified product and governance token of the ecosystem. Mantle is a fast-growing, DAO-led ecosystem whose goal is the mass adoption of decentralized and token-governed technologies.

Your Role

• Liaise cross-functionally with teams such as Engineering, Product, Growth and Marketing to align objectives and deliver great products for our audience and community.

• Drive the product strategy and vision for Mantle Network (Ethereum L2) and influence direction in areas such as Mantle Staking Protocol.

• Ideate, plan and implement actionable and developer-oriented product roadmaps which manage various phases of production testnet and mainnet releases.

• Provide a user-centric approach to product scoping and drive implementation of blockchain core infrastructure protocols/features/tools.

• Help shape product narrative and technical documentation.

Your Craft

• Operations and product visionary with experience building strategy for blockchain products (ideally L1/L2) from conception to launch, especially for those using novel and nascent technology.

• Proven leader with experience managing a high-performing team and product in the web3, blockchain and/or crypto space.

• Great communicator, and great listener, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset that has worked in fast-paced environments, with competing resources and priorities, with the capability of wearing multiple hats in different situations.

• Great attention to detail and ability to create cohesive, user-centric product proposals and bringing all internal and external stakeholders on the journey towards a vision.

• Deep passion for solving web3 user experience problems and a resourceful approach when it comes to learning new technologies and competitors landscapes in order to reinforce Mantle strategy.

Extra Credit

• Business language fluency in English and Mandarin.

• Track record of writing, speaking, presenting, and/or teaching web3, blockchain and/or crypto topics.

• Product management experience with public blockchains.

• A background and/or education across both technology and business domains.
