Mantle Ecosystem comprises an Ethereum layer 2 (L2) — Mantle Network, a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) — Mantle Governance, one of the largest on-chain treasuries — Mantle Treasury, and an upcoming Ether (ETH) liquid staking product — Mantle LSD: all built on Ethereum. Mantle token is the unified product and governance token of the ecosystem. Mantle is a fast-growing, DAO-led ecosystem whose goal is the mass adoption of decentralized and token-governed technologies.
Your Role
Source and review for the right KOLs/influencers match for each campaign of Mantle.
Onboard and oversee day-to-day interactions with KOLs
Define creative strategy for branded content, draft creative briefs and negotiate influencer/KOL deliverable agreements.
Work with social media and business partners to identify new opportunities in KOL marketing field for Mantle, such as content co-creation, AMAs, etc.
Produce and quality control branded content with influencers/KOLs to support milestone events (product launches, major marketing moments, etc.)
Establish and well maintain long term relationships with valuable KOLs.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the Mantle Ecosystem to conduct KOL marketing activities to support business growth.
Conduct data analysis of KOL performance to drive informed decision-making and strategy adjustments.
Your Craft
2-3 years of experience in web3 marketing including community and influencer management
Extensive network with Web3 KOLs with good account management skills will be a plus
Motivated doer, self-starter, responsive team collaborator with a passion for all things crypto.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Excellent problem-solving skills and high levels of accuracy with strong attention to details.
A bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, or an equivalent field
Position can be remote.
