Frontier is a subsidiary of Fresh Prints. Fresh Prints is a New York-based, fast-growing, fully remote, 150-person company with most of our team based in India and the Philippines. A few years ago, Fresh Prints began helping other fast-growing companies build their teams. We got so good at it that we spun out a new company to focus exclusively on that — and called it Frontier.

Role Overview
As an HR Associate at Frontier, you will drive talent acquisition efforts across multiple roles and clients. You'll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to deliver a seamless hiring experience from sourcing through hiring.
This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, highly organized, and capable of independently managing recruitment processes in a fast-paced remote environment. You'll play a critical role in helping Frontier identify, attract, and hire top talent for our clients while maintaining a high bar for quality and candidate experience.
