POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the SEASA Head of HR based in Bangkok, this role has responsibility for the HR activities at the new ICC Hub based in Hyderabad.
The role will be the first touch point for colleagues at this sight in relation to most HR activities on the site, however strong support is available from Zoetis Colleague Services, HR COE based offshore and HR colleagues based in India (Mumbai) and across APAC.
Given that is is a greenfields site, with high headcount growth anticipated, the role will have a strong focus on recruitment, retention & partnering with the senior leaders on the site.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment
Work with the business to develop recruitment strategies and processes to enable efficient & effective colleague recruitment.
Ensure that Workday Recruit is used effectively by recruiting managers
Manage any external recruiting or agency contracts
Build the Employer Brand in the talent marketplace
Retention
Work closely with hub leadership to develop and maintain a strong positive & innovative culture
Work with the global compensation & benefits teams & HR colleagues in India to ensure that compensation packages and benefits are competitive in the Hyderabad market.
Onboarding
Work with the business to develop a robust and effective onboarding strategy and process for new colleagues
HR Business Partnering
Provide strong Strategic HR advice to the ICC leadership team to assist then achieving their long term plans for the site.
Work with the people leads to maximize labor force capability & equity
Ability to continue to scale current talent infrastructure to meet demands of talent transformation in 2024 - 2025
Coach people leaders in areas related to recruitment, talent management, performance management and other HR practices
HR Compliance
Ensure that all HR-related activities are legally and policy compliant.
Ensure that all local HR SOP’s are consistent with legislation & policy
Talent Management
Work with people managers to identify and act on development opportunities for colleagues in their teams
Ensure that formal talent assessments are completed at least annually
Employment Relations
Act on issues that arise in relation to breaches to HR policy or legislation

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Degree qualified in HR or related discipline
A minimum of 10 -12 years of relevant HR experience, including experience in product and/or services organizations, with at least 7 of those years being in an HRBP role
TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
Demonstrated strategic HR skills and experience
Proactive in driving HR initiatives on the site.
Strong skills talent acquisition / recruitment
Excellent time manager
Robust understanding of India employment law
Good skills in Excel, Word & Powerpoint
Managing a heavily matrixed environment.
Experience and interest in supporting a high-growth organization, including experience supporting business groups composed of several business verticals, horizontals, and geographical distance
Excellent communication, consulting, and coaching skills
Experience within a matrixed management environment and with managing through influence
Experience creating and implementing HR programs including compensation, performance management, and manager/leadership development
