Role Description
- Responsible for achieving territory revenue budget, product segment-wise budgets, maximizing sales and market growth in line with Company's strategic goals.
- Effective execution and implementation of sales and marketing promotion practices defined by marketing team and line manager.
- Daily reporting of activities and sales
- Timely communication and feedback to management and customers.
- Managing company resource / tools of trade
- Co-ordination with manager and support distribution team to enhance supply effectiveness and performance.
- Co-ordination with Head Office personnel in matters connected with field force management.
- Ensuring that execution is in line with Company’s policies, ethical practices, Vision, Mission and Core Values
Role Description
- Secondary Sales.
- Coordinate with Marketing to execute Sales Campaigns and Promotional activities.
Qualifications (Training, Education & Prior Experience):
- Bachelor’s degree in science or a related filed preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing, with a proven track record in territory management.
- Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.
