Job Summary: Supports Human Resources and Corporate Administration by managing administrative and HR functions, including credentialing, new hire orientation, data collection/processing. records retention, policy interpretation and managing financial transactions of facility managers.
Responsibilities:
Credentialing & Compliance
Manage Credentialing process for providers, including applications, renewals, collaborative practice agreements, NPDB Reports, DEA, Certificate of Authenticity and all other relevant documentation.
Track and maintain valid licenses/credentials to ensure compliance with all application federal, state and local agencies; audits credentials regularly.
Manage CPA compliance and documentation per state-specific regulations.
Maintain facility compliance with required legal postings. Human Resources and Legal
Work collaboratively with Human Resources Director and Chief Legal Officer in gathering and retaining employee records, including working with external partners on data/document collection.
Interpret, communicate and ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
Assist with new hire onboarding, E-Verify; Offboarding, including separations notices and other relevant documentation
Lead new hire orientation, including time management for new employees.
Assist with Performance Management, evaluations, merit increases, & development plans.
Use of HRIS to maintain accurate employee records, updating job codes, employee compensation, status changes and other system-related configurations.
Assist with maintaining/updating corporate policies, procedures, employee handbook & job descriptions
Support employee engagement and activities to foster a positive culture. Finance & Facility Operations
Manage (facility expense cards), including issuance, funding, deactivation, and receipt tracking.
Oversee FedEx and Pitney Bowes accounts, including billing, usage, supply orders
Reconcile American Express and FedEx CHERPS reports for accurate financial reporting.
Process business card orders and support administrative purchasing as needed.
Generate and distribute facility reports, including staffing, petty cash transactions and invoicing. Additional Support
Assist in booking provider travel and conference participation (e.g., NCCHC).
Support inquiries related to benefits, compensation, workers’ comp, & employment verification
Provide support for various HR administrative duties, and special projects as assigned. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related discipline.
Experience:
Minimum three years of progressive human resources and administrative experience.
Proficient in MS Office and prior experience with an HRIS.
