Requirements
Roles Responsibilities:
- Consulting and advising on people-based business decisions with senior leaders and people managers across the organisation.
- Providing expert advice on a range of human resource queries from within the organisation.
- Consulting with stakeholders on the development of policy and HR practices.
- Creating positive employee experiences and effective employee communications.
- Leading continuous improvement and development of HR processes and systems driving improvements, automation and efficiency.
- Participating in compensation planning, including supporting the benchmarking of roles throughout the year and administration of the salary review process.
- Oversee benefits and payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate payments to our people.
- Working closely with LD and Recruitment on cross-HR projects and initiatives.
- Leading and participating in HR projects as required. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organisational goals and strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience of working in a similar HR role, preferably in a fast-scaling environment
- Bachelors Degree/Diploma in HR, Business or related field is desirable
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
- Extensive experience in building relationships with stakeholders at all levels within an organisation
- Excellent understanding of HR principles, practices and employment law
- Proficient in the use of HR Information Systems and HR software tools
- MS Office/G-suite
