Joint Academy is headquartered in Malmö but we are open to remote working.

We are now looking for a new colleague to join our team. We are looking for a driven HR Lead who wants to build out our HR-processes for our group companies. To succeed in this position you should enjoy working in a rapidly changing environment, be good at prioritizing your own work and have an enthusiastic attitude around learning by doing.

About the role

As an HR Lead at Joint Academy you will take responsibility for all HR-related processes for the group companies, currently consisting of six physiotherapy clinics, the HQ and two legal entities abroad. The role will also include managing payroll and supporting the organization with various administrative tasks. This position is currently under the finance department and you will report to the VP of Finance.

Joint Academy is a fast growing, rapidly changing company which means that you will have to be adaptable for change and take responsibility for driving some of the change projects. This also means that you will be in a position where you can have a big impact on both the role itself - but also the company's continuing growth.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Maintain our regulatory compliance within the HR-field.
  • Support the organization with recruiting.
  • Support the organization with other HR-related questions that might arise.
  • Managing the payroll processes.
  • Be an administrative support for both HR and Finance-related errands.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience working with HR (mind-set can overcome experience in this position)
  • The ability to prioritize and manage workload autonomously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and in English
  • A big plus if you have been working in the context of a start/scale up company with rapid growth
  • A plus if you have experience working with healthcare and you have experience working with collective agreement in healthcare
