ABOUT THE ROLE

As an integral member of our Human Resources team, the Human Resources Associate will play a pivotal role in shaping the culture and structure of our ever-growing team at Million Dollar Sellers (MDS). Skilled in utilizing platforms like Workable and LinkedIn Recruiter, you excel in streamlining the recruitment process and building talent pipelines. With advanced English proficiency, you effectively communicate with a diverse range of candidates and stakeholders, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Your proactive nature and exceptional organizational skills allow you to manage multiple projects effortlessly, all while championing a diverse and inclusive workplace culture. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the full recruitment cycle, from posting job ads to Workable, sourcing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and facilitating offer negotiations.

Develop and implement onboarding programs that ensure new hires integrate effectively into the MDS culture and understand our core values and operations.

Assist in maintaining HR records, including employee details, performance reviews, and compliance documents.

Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

Participate in global HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement and retention.

Provide administrative support for various HR functions, including benefits administration and leave management.

Collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an HR role, with a focus on recruitment and onboarding.
  • Familiarity with HR software (e.g., Workable) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong desire to contribute to the team's success.
