WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Coordinate the intake and distribution of customer cases and training requests
- Validate contract/agreement details and update case information accordingly
- Send out the new customer welcome information
- Schedule training calls
- Answer customers’ training & scheduling questions
- Attend weekly team meetings and one on one’s to bring visibility to successes and roadblocks
- Work across department boundaries to support smooth customer transition to/from Implementation
- Assist with special projects when necessary
- Actively participate in increasing your knowledge of the WorkWave suite of software solutions and our targeted industries
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Bachelor's degree or Associate’s degree, with equivalent experience
- Strong customer service & conflict resolution skills
- Build and strengthen partnerships with others
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort in speaking customers directly over the phone
- High attention to detail & organization
- Self-starter and motivated to complete projects in a timely manner
- Advanced organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple assignments
- Interest in growing a career within an Implementation team
- Proficient with MS Office and G-Suite
- Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus
