As a Talent Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting, refining, and optimizing talent processes. Contributing to various projects aimed at improving efficiency and compliance, your work will directly impact the way Seismic manages employee experiences while setting the stage for transformation in key talent practices.

What you’ll be doing:
- Support the management and maintenance of HR tech tools and platforms.
- Assist in designing and implementing new talent processes while optimizing existing ones.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline talent/HR workflows to enhance process efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulations throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Assist in coordinating large scale projects.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report on outcomes.
- Support audit and compliance activities by preparing documentation and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Responsible for resolving internal employee requests received within a shared email inbox.
- Responsible for managing and replying to customer requests as they relate to HR information and data – includes external and potential customers
- Provide exceptional support to employees and managers regarding talent processes.
- Research and assess new AI capabilities and automation tools for potential implementation.
What you bring to the team:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 0-2 years of general HR related experience.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with HR tech, Monday.com, and other project management tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Eager to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Seismic’s annual base salary range for this position will vary based on applicant’s location, experience, job level, skills, and abilities as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The range listed below is the minimum to the maximum of our target hiring range.
This position is also eligible to participate in Seismic’s incentive plans in addition to base salary. The actual incentive amount will vary and will be subject to the terms and conditions set in the applicable incentive plan.
