We are looking for a Import & Export Executive to be a part of our team in the Supply Chain Management Department.
Job Description
- Ensure timely and accurate Customs Clearance for Import /Export activities by covering end to end steps
- Organize and follow up import/export operations in coordination with Purchasing department, Suppliers, Customs Broker Agencies, Bonded Warehouses, front line/customer service peers and other involved parties
- Coordinate inbounds & outbounds
- Analyze stock levels and control warehouse space availability in harmony with logistics department.
- Measure and track cost of import/export processes. Calculate costs to be applied to price per imported/exported article unit. Continuously seek for improvements
- Work on project basis in order to ensure the right import/export process set-up is in place for newly introduced articles to be imported/exported
- Work comply with Foreign Trade Legislation, all quality system requirements and guidelines of the company
- Edit operation status report via reporting tool on daily basis,
- Close follow-up of Foreign Trade Legislation changes
- Attend and lead internal Customs & Trade Compliance audits when necessary
Qualifications
- University degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Foreign Trade, Industrial Engineering or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience in import/export process related field
- Good knowledge of international trade terms, Customs & Trade Compliance, customs requirements and documentations, E2E Supply Chain operation, cost calculations
- Experience in working with 3rd Party Service Providers (International Transportation, Suppliers, Warehouses, Ports, Customs Broker etc.)
- Fluent English both written and spoken
- Excellent command of MS Office applications, preferably SAP knowledge
- Should be good team player, self-motivated, service oriented, strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills
- Great attention to detail and accuracy

Head Office Working Model is Hybrid in Metro, We're working remotely on Mondays and Fridays. You can work from anywhere on these days!
