What you bring

  • Goal oriented self starter - Highly motivated to reach goals and key deliverables.

  • Able to think strategically and tactically. Able to maintain a positive attitude in the face of criticism, rejection, or failure
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence
  • Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic
  • Sales or sales development experience is preferred, but not required
  • Writes and speaks fluent English and German
  • It's not required to have experience working remotely, but considered a plus

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform outreach to inbound leads and inquiries using email, calls, and social channels
  • Qualify inbound prospects from the website, chat and events to determine if there is the need for Remote
  • Educate prospects on Remote's offerings and clearly communicate Remote's value propositions to prospects
  • Pass qualified prospects off to the appropriate sales rep by booking a meeting and organizing easily digestible notes about the prospect's needs
  • Provide feedback to the Marketing Team regarding quality of marketing-sourced lead

At first glance our salary bands seem quite wide - here is some context. At Remote we have international operations and a globally distributed workforce. We use geo ranges to consider geographic pay differentials as part of our global compensation strategy to remain competitive in various markets while we hiring globally.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $27,450 USD to $61,800 USD. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.
