    🎯 Your Role: Lead, Scale & Maximize Influencer Performance

    As an Influencer Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing high-value influencer relationships, developing scalable strategies, and ensuring that our collaborations drive maximum ROI. Your mission? Own the influencer ecosystem, build long-term partnerships, and deliver exceptional campaign performance.

    🔥 What You’ll Do:

    ✅ Strategic Influencer Management – Identify, recruit, and manage a strong network of influencers across multiple platforms. ✅ High-Impact Negotiation – Own contract discussions, ensuring cost efficiency and high-performance deliverables. ✅ Campaign Execution & Optimization – Oversee influencer-led campaigns, tracking KPIs, engagement metrics, and conversions. ✅ Performance-Driven Strategy – Align influencer content with brand goals, continuously testing and refining strategies. ✅ Relationship Building & Retention – Develop long-term, trust-based relationships with key influencers to foster ongoing collaborations. ✅ Cross-Functional Coordination – Work closely with creative, paid media, and analytics teams to align influencer campaigns with overall marketing strategies. ✅ Market Research & Trend Analysis – Stay ahead of industry trends, identifying rising influencers and new content formats to capitalize on emerging opportunities. ✅ Crisis Management & Problem-Solving – Proactively handle potential challenges, ensuring campaigns run smoothly and meet performance goals.

    🔥 What We’re Looking For:

    🚀 Fluent in French & English – Strong negotiation and communication skills. 🚀 Proven Experience – Minimum 3+ years in influencer marketing, preferably in a fast-paced agency or e-commerce environment. 🚀 Resilient & Solution-Oriented – Ability to handle pressure, solve problems on the fly, and think strategically. 🚀 Performance & Data-Driven – Experience tracking influencer performance, optimizing for engagement, and driving measurable ROI. 🚀 Expertise in Multi-Platform Influencer Marketing – Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms. 🚀 Strong Leadership & Negotiation Skills – Ability to manage high-value partnerships while keeping budgets and deliverables on track. 🚀 Trendsetter Mentality – Passion for staying ahead of influencer marketing trends and leveraging insights for innovative campaigns.
