Key Responsibilities
Manage a high-volume pipeline of inbound and outbound leads across multiple channels
Conduct needs assessment calls and product demonstrations with prospective clients
Build strong relationships with prospects throughout the sales cycle
Negotiate and close deals against monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activity in the CRM system
Collaborate with marketing and business development teams on lead generation initiatives Requirements
2+ years of inside sales or telephone-based B2B sales experience
Confident, articulate and persuasive communicator with excellent English skills
Proven ability to consistently hit and exceed monthly sales targets
Proficient in CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
Self-motivated and competitive with a strong work ethic in a remote environment What We Offer
