What You’ll Do

  • Partner with our Regional Sales Managers to support Broker Sales
  • Inbound and outbound Broker sales calls
  • Support Broker Sales by evaluating Inbound RFPs for required information and developing strategic product illustrations
  • Conduct field enrollment meetings as necessary
  • Coordinate Broker service elements with Account Management and Customer service teams
  • Maintain policies and standard operation procedures

What You'll Bring

  • Willingness and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Strong rapport-building skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Previous sales performance with a record of good performance (insurance preferred)
  • Current Ohio State Health Insurance Producer License in good standing
