Inviting applications for the role of Insurance Front Desk - Process Associate – English -Remote RO!
Responsibilities
- Work closely with underwriters (our company representatives), experts and other departments in order to handle tasks on time with high quality;
• Prioritize the workload in order to meet the turn around time and accuracy requirements agreed in contract;
• Take over additional requests that may come from the underwriters;
• Review, check, gather and upload the insurance and legal documentation in the relevant systems;
• Review insurance submission data for accuracy and completeness;
• Reflect insurance policy terms, conditions into the systems;
• Make sure the data entered have supporting documentation attached;
• Ensure that the entered values are correct;
• Maintain and update the SOP to reflect the business requirements and portfolio specifics;
• Successfully graduating the training plan attached to the position and the tasks;
• Updating the working procedures periodically;
• Training other team members regarding the daily tasks whenever necessary and requested by the manager;
• Maintain and develop relationships with relevant markets and client serviced by team and all major customers within those markets as appropriate;
• Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and innovative solutions and communicate to direct manager.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
- Very good knowledge of English, min B2
• Good MS Office (especially MS Excel) knowledge.
• Analytical thinking and self-starter.
Preferred qualifications
• Personal culture and client management expertise.
• High motivation and ability to learn.
• Ability to work under time pressure.
