Requirements
Proven internet download speeds of greater than 20Mbps and upload speed of 10Mbps via an online speed test ( )
Quiet work area with low background noise for calls.
Excellent English speaker
Ability to work with an internet-based workflow.
Strong communication skills with a problem-solving attitude.
Prior call center experience preferred.
Prior experience with pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs) preferred.
